Welcome
I'm a Software Engineer and enjoy making games and art in my free time. I've been busy for the last few years but I'm making a commitment to get back to working on my personal projects so stay tuned for more! Use the navigations above to view my software and art.

About Me
I started doing development work in the early 2000s back in elementary school making and games with ActionScript and GameMaker along with art and running, back then I knew I wanted to be a software developer. To me software development is an artform where you can create whatever you want but instead of a brush you use logic, it's something you can interact with instead of just something to look at.
In highschool I focused more on web and application development, with a focus on full stack development. I also worked on personal projects and answered questions on Yahoo Answers and later StackOverflow. Then started working as a web developer with IUPUI a bit before I started my freshman year in college; in my later college years I worked as a TA and a software developer for DataXStream. Here I grew an interest with AI with a focus on machine learning and took every AI course both grad and undergraduate.
Plans
Lately I've been on the work grind, I've not done as many personal projects over the years that I've wanted to, so I'm focusing on doing more of those and showcasing them here. I've been actively working on Block Run and cleaning up Gold Mine (Fun game but was a rushed school project). Once Block Run v1.0 comes out I'll be working on a fun new project and looking into 3D Javascript games! There is also a game concept I've had for awhile that I'm considering making into a Professional game with either Monogame or Unity. Along with that I'll be working on this website and getting back into art and animation and will be uploading that to the Art page.

News and Development Updates
As we enter the new year, I have several exciting development plans lined up:
- Complete and release Block Run v1.0, this will focus on part two of the game after beating Big Red.
- A remake of my Zombie Shoot Blender Game in ThreeJS as a free game.
- A professional closed source game (Town RPG - Working Title) with a possible inital web demo or basic RPG game.
- Refactor/Enhance Gold Mine
Stay tuned for more updates and progress on these projects! This news blog will give monthly updates during the year.
February is here after a cold January, the focus for this month will be working on Block Run. I've made alot of proccess and we are already at 0.9. The home strech will be the second and final boss. Once this is done I'm going to start focusing on ThreeJS Zombie Shoot.
There are some other future plans that include:
- Game Engine learnings including: Monogame, Unity, and Unreal. I do like making games from scatch but I do want to get comfortable with some engines.
- AI Research and Project Start: I'll be starting on something I wanted to for quite awhile now. Basically a way to train on a small subset of document images and extract those fields automatically.
- Work starting on the development planning of Town RPG.
Look out for the completion of Block Run soon!
The weather is starting to warm up and I had a nice birthday! Life and work has been busy so I have not had alot of time for my personal projects. Activity may be a bit down while I'm busy with other things.
This month includes a few minor updates:
- Block Run has had a few extra minor updates and is current sitting at 0.96 and I'm planning for it's full release around the middle of the year. A few bug fixes and extra town NPCs where added.
- Website improvements including some content alignment fixes and fixes on the Javascript Tutorial.
- Panzoom bug fixes.
Busy with life and work lately the last few months. That said Block Run if finnally offically completed, it was over 10 years in the making (Although with an 8 year beak)! More updates will be recorded here as the month follows.
While BlockRun 1.00 is out the game will still get updates as I have plans already in the works for 1.1x such as a challenge version of the final boss and a laser shooting upgrade. Along with this additional content for those who unlocked all upgrades and diamonds.
Along with working on extras for BlockRun I'll be working on some new projects that I will announce in the August updates.
For more meaningful updates future updates will be bi-monthly instead that way more information is shared or when meaning updates are available.
This month includes:
- Block Run 1.00 completed. Last boss BigJelly has been completed along with more town NPCs and updates.
- Minor Website improvements.
August brings mainly quality of life updates! Block Run continues to receive updates, including the works of new content for users that has unlocked all diamonds. Along with some quality of life updates to Goldmine.
- A new project will be underway, details will come in the next update.
- Block Run updates developments and updates to version 1.05: Laser shoot ability and destructible blocks for laser.
- GoldMine updates:
- When selling the game saves to localStorage, but mined areas will not be saved.
- When the player digs an ore and fills or overfills the storage a text notice appears saying storage is full.
- Some minor graphic UI updates and enhacements (rounded corners and mute button for music)
